The goals of implementation of quality management system in the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University are demonstration of ability to ensure educational services up to the requirements of concerned parties, legislative and regulating requirements through ensuring the warranty of permanent quality of educational services; identification and meeting the requirements, expectations of the parties concerned.
Quality management system at the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University contributes to satisfaction of existing and expected wants of economy and society of the Republic of Kazakhstan for competitive specialists, creation of innovation environment adequate to innovations in the field of science and technology, ensuring certainty of the parties concerned in productivity and efficiency justified by financial and social advantages of activity, quality of educational services and reputation.
The field of application of Quality Management System extends to educational activities on training specialists with higher and postgraduate professional education in accordance with state obligatory standards of higher professional education by specialties and directions under the field of licensing.
Quality management system of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University corresponds to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and does not have any exceptions.
The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University performs planning and carries out the processes of monitoring, measurement and improvement with the purpose of demonstration of correspondence of educational services to the requirements of the SOSE and consumers requirements, ensuring correspondence of quality management system and constant raise of its efficiency.
