The University provides the realization of the «Double Degree» program within the framework of the Network University of Commonwealth of Independent States. The «Network University of Commonwealth of Independent States» project was initiated in 2008 with the support of the Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the CIS state-members. The aim of the project was development and implementation of the analog of the program «Erasmus Mundus» within the framework of the unit study area of the CIS state-members. The study process of graduate students of Gumilyov Eurasian National University is organized on the basis of the Consortium agreement on creating the Network University of the CIS as of June 11, 2009.

Study languages: the Armenian language, the Belorussian language, the Kazakh language, the Kirghiz language, the Russian language, the Tadjik language, the Ukrainian language.
In 2010-2011 academic year 16 graduate students of the Gumilyov Eurasian National University were admitted to the university-partners under the program of Network University of the CIS.
The applicants must pass the examinations in accordance with general application procedures of the Eurasian National University for the participating in competition for studying in the Network University of CIS in the framework of Double-Degree Diploma Program.
By the results of exams and interview with applicants the admission committee of the Gumilyov Eurasian National University selects candidates, whose documents are sent to the Secretary of Coordination council of the Network University of the CIS. The decision about admission is accepted by the university-partner.
Master program in the framework of the University of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO University).
The University of Shanghai Cooperation Organization is a network university, an international study program in Asia. The University of the SCO was founded in 2008 and was formed by 53 leading universities of the member-states of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in 2009. In 2010 the member-states of SCO University are: 16 Russian universities, 10 from China, 10 from Kazakhstan, 6 from Kyrgyzstan, 11 from Tajikistan.

Admitted to Master Degree Program of the Gumilyov Eurasian National University by above mentioned specialities will have the opportunity to take study course in university-partner and along with the ENU diploma can obtain a certificate of the University of the SCO.
Gumilyov Eurasian National University is the main (base) university on the speciality of «Regional studies». Since 2010 year within the SCO University the graduate student of ENU Yertaeva Inkar was admitted at the Moscow National Research Technological University «MRISA» on speciality «Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies».
The joint Master’s degree program of ENU and the University of New Mexico (USA)
Master’s degree program of «6M060800-Ecology», specialization «Management and engineering in the field of environmental protection» was developed from January 2005 by ENU’s professors and the University of New Mexico (USA) which was supported by AES Corporation in Kazakhstan, the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The purpose of the program is a joint preparation of specialist-ecologists.
Master’s degree program within the framework of cooperation between the ENU and the State University of Science and Technology of Iowa (USA)
There are Master’s programs in the field of agriculture and environment between Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the State University of Iowan (USA). There are student-exchange programs in our university with the Amman Arab University (Jordan) on «Economic» and «Law» specialties, with the State University of North Dakota (USA) in the field of natural-science cycle and with the Seoul University (South Korea).
Through the international cooperation of ENU with many leading universities around the world there is opportunity to undertake an internship in foreign countries to advance in knowledge, to get experience and to improve research work on dissertation/
