Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia and Central Asia (UGRAD) is the program of the Department of Education and Cultural Programs of the U.S. Department of State for first-, second-, third- and forth-year undergraduate students of higher educational institutions provided that having returned from the program the students would have at least one semester before they get their Diplomas of Higher Education. The program provides opportunities for students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan for one year of full-time, non-degree study in a university or college of the United States. All fellows are selected on the basis of an open competition.
Scholarship for the Master of Arts in Politics and Security Program is an interdisciplinary educational program offering advanced courses in political science, international relations and a range of applied disciplines in comprehensive security based on international standards of education. The program is meant for young people willing to improve their educational level and gain knowledge and skills needed for professional and academic carrier in the field of politics, security, international relations, conflict prevention, international development etc. The coursework starts on 2 September 2013 and finishes on 30 September 2014.
Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and a mobility programme in the field of higher education aimed to the enhancement of quality in European higher education and promotion of intercultural understanding through cooperation with Third Countries.
