*GLOCALIZATION - is a dialectic process of interaction between local and global, it is not only a shift of global processes towards the local level (i.e. their localization, for example, the formation of a distinct national standard according an international model), but the breakthrough of the local processes to the global level (their globalization, i.e. the transformation into the global processes).
