Umirzakov Pernebek

Director, candidate of legal sciences

Pernebek K. Umirzakov graduated from S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1990 on the specialty “Jurisprudence”. His professional experience includes:

- different positions at public prosecutor's office in Almaty,

- in the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

- in the embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

- a lecturer in the Department of international law at the Faculty of Law (Kazakh State University),

- a deputy chief of the Division of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

- the chief of the law division in banks of secondary level.

Since 2008 to the present he works at L.N.Gumilyev Eurasian National University as a deputy administrator, the director of international co-operation service, the dean of the Faculty of international relations. He has much experience in educational and research fields.

In 2008 he defended candidate’s thesis on the theme: “Legal regulation of coercive confiscation of estate for the state needs in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Mr. Umirzakov has a diplomatic rank – First Secretary.

The major achievements (Grants\Scholarships\projects):

- scholarship of the Bolashak International Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (scientific internship).
