Characteristics of research activities (guidelines)


Department of Chemistry

The general direction of scientific research determines the implementation of comprehensive research in the following fields:

1) Chemical extraction (prof. Dosmagambetova SS, prof. Tashenov AK);

2) Production and development of technologies to create new advanced materials for various purposes (prof. Rakhmadiev SB);

3) nanotechnology, quantum chemistry (prof. Irgibaeva IS);

4) a physical-chemical basis of extraction of some heavy metals (prof. Tashenov AK);

5) the study of coordination compounds of metal salts. (prof. Erkasov R.Sh.).

Department of Biology and Biotechnology

The main scientific activities of the Department is to study the laws governing the development of biological objects in order to use them to solve pressing practical problems.

Department of Physical and Economic Geography

The Department adheres to the four directions, which reveal the trend of modern geography: physical geography, economic, social and political geography; Cartography and GIS technology; Geoecology.

International Department of Management and Engineering in the field of environmental protection

The main scientific directions of the department - ecotoxicology, ecology and human health, management and engineering in the field of environmental protection, environmental monitoring.
