The History of  the Faculty Creation

In May 29, 1964 the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh SSR Council of Ministers adopted the Decision of the Engineering Institute opening in Tselinograd .
In 1969, the first graduaters of 119 engineers. Total for the entire period of production amounted to over 18 thousand people.
We are proud of our graduates working in various sectors of the economy of the republic and beyond its borders. Among our graduates there are members of the government, senators, deputies, ministers, deputy ministers, deputy of akims and akims of regions, cities and districts, doctors and candidates of sciences, professors and associate professors. Many graduates head construction, design organizations, etc.
In 1994 the institute became a part of Akmola University named after Seyfullin, based on which, in 1996, by the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev has been established Eurasian University named after LN Gumilev. As a part of the ten faculties of ENU named after LN Gumilev the Faculty of the Construction-Engineering takes its rightful place.
