Paying tribute to the first vice-rector Asemgul Moldazhanova, the vice-rector for international relations and innovations Akbota Zholdasbekova welcomed the guests and participants of the first youth forum G-Global at the Eurasian National University. Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director, International Cooperation, Manipal University, India was the special guest for the inauguration event along with Dr. Anurag Tripathi, Assistant Professor, Christ University, India.
Dr. Punit Gaur, Director of the Centre give the introduction about the First G-Global Youth Forum organized by Centre for G-Global and Global Silk Road Projects Development at Eurasian National University. He stated that the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev declared 2019 is the year of youth in Kazakhstan and within this framework, for its first edition, the GGYF 2019 (G-Global Youth Forum) objectives to bring together young students and researchers from all around the world in order to offer them the regional perspective of Greater Eurasia especially with an interdisciplinary approach to advance their knowledge.
Nearly about 30 students are participating in this forum from different countries and Universities in Kazakhstan. The forum is designed for young professionals from all relevant field and disciplinary backgrounds. The interdisciplinary approach is projected to lead to fresh and innovative ideas to identify the further development of the concept of Greater Eurasia.
The Forum is aimed to focus on the energetic role of young students, researchers, and faculty and present the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Greater Eurasia concept. For young faculty, the forum is an opportunity to meets compatible peers, compares exercise, refurbish prophecies, and acquainted the contemporary perspective.
