Provisions on manuscripts, submitted to “Vestnik ENU”

1. The manuscript of the article in 8-12 sheets is submitted in 1 copy in floppy disc (text in Kazakh, Russian, English and German languages in the word processor Microsoft Word 6.0/95 or in the other word processors compatible with it) in floppy disc of 1.44 MB (3.25 d) format. Requirements – Times New Roman, size of type – 14, single interval, Kazakh texts’ requirement – KZ Times New Roman, size – 14.

2. The following documents are affixed to the article:

• Review;
• Abstract of record of the department’s meeting or of the methodical board with recommendation to print;
• Brief annotation in Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
• Information about the author on the separate sheet: full name, scientific degree, position, department and office and home telephones.

3. While writing articles it is necessary to adhere to following requirements:

• Full name, headline of the article by capital letters, half bold type, the full name of the institution;
• References to literature are given in the text of article by numbers in square brackets [1, 12-13] as mentioned. The list of literature should be given according to state standards.
• Illustrations (graphics, charts, diagrams) must be done on computer or in form of precise drafts, done by ink on A4 format sheet. In manuscript the placing of the picture is indicated on the margin: mathematic formulas in the text must be written as Microsoft Equation object. Chemical formulas and symbols must be written by Microsoft Word instruments. Only those formulas which have references should be numerated.

4. The text must be deliberately adjusted and edited.

5. Articles, design of which doesn’t correspond to the above-mentioned requirements, are not admitted to publication.
