ENU discussed key aspects of state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation
Within the framework of the Decade of Science, a seminar was held at the L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University, where key aspects of state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, as well as their role in ensuring the safety and quality of technical products on the market, were discussed.
In particular, issues related to legislative regulation, methods and mechanisms of supervision, as well as problems arising in the process of technical regulation were considered.
In his report, the chief expert of the Department of State Control of the KTRM of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Faleev Margulan Didarovich, noted the role of state control in ensuring legality and compliance with norms and standards, including paying special attention to regulatory legal acts and forms of control.
The seminar was organized to discuss topical issues related to state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation. During the event, participants discussed the role of state control and supervision in ensuring the safety and quality of technical products on the market.
In particular, issues related to legislative regulation, methods and mechanisms of supervision, as well as problems arising in the process of technical regulation were considered.
The participants of the seminar presented the results of their research, shared their experience in this field and discussed practical aspects of the application of legislation on technical regulation. During the discussions, key issues were identified that require further study and the development of effective regulatory mechanisms to ensure the safety and quality of technical products on the market.

In addition, the report noted that State control and supervision in the field of technical regulation in order to eliminate situations that mislead consumers and eliminate technical barriers to trade ensures the safety of technical regulation facilities for human life and the environment.
Not limiting himself to his scientific conclusions, Margulan Didarovich noted several important definitions within the framework of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", the law "On Technical Regulation" and dwelled on proposals to eliminate the identified violations.
