A meeting of students and Faculty of the Faculty of Law with members of the Supreme Judicial Council E. Begaliev, A. Aituarova and S. Amirtaev took place at the L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University.
During the meeting, Doctor of law, professor E. Begaliyev made a welcoming speech, spoke about the role of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the activities of judicial bodies, presented in a presentation form the qualification requirements for candidates for the position of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan, drew attention to the practical need to attract researchers to the judicial Corps to improve judicial activity.
Aituarova, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council, as a judge with many years of experience, shared her experience in the implementation of judicial activities, drew attention to the psychological factors that determine both the complexity and necessity of judges in the administration of Justice, knowledge in all areas of Law, ability and skills to solve life situations, which increases the personal responsibility of judges.
Amirtaev-member of the advocacy Corps of the Supreme Judicial Council outlined the main positions of the activities of judicial bodies, their responsibility in sentencing, and a priority role in the implementation of constitutional principles in the administration of Justice.
