ENU representatives took part in the Coordination Council of the CIS Network University
The Coordinating Council of the CIS Network University (CC NU CIS) was held in Moscow, where the results of the activities of the CIS Network University, the prospects for its development, and the opening of new joint educational programs were discussed.
Participated in the work of the Coordinating Council on behalf of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Science, Commercialization and Internationalization Zh. Kurmangalieva, Director of the Department of International Cooperation A. Karmelyuk, who have been coordinating the implementation of these programs at the university for many years and helping to establish contact with partner universities that are part of NU CIS.
The issues of joining under new programs and future work on enrolling students in joint educational programs between universities included in the CIS NU were also considered.
Within the framework of the trustee of the university, a board member - Vice-Rector for Science, Commercialization and Internationalization Zh. Kurmangalieva signed agreements on the implementation of a double diploma in the educational program "Tourism" with the Southern Federal University and the educational program "Construction" with the Russian People's Friendship University.
Also, working groups were separately created in the direction, in which the following faculty members took part on behalf of the university and faculties:
- Working group in the direction of "Economics / Management" - Aizhan Khoych
- Working group in the direction of "Jurisprudence" - Roza Akshalova;
- Working group in the direction of "Philology / Journalism" - Evgenia Zhuravleva;
- Working group in the direction of "Tourism" - Lyailya Mutaliyeva;
- Working group in the direction of "International Relations" - Dana Akhmedyanova.
These programs enable undergraduates to study at two universities, gain new knowledge, improve communication skills with foreign students, and, most importantly, receive two diplomas during 2 years of study at the master's program, in which 1 year at the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
