Intensification of the heating system existing in the country - Extensive Heating System (EHS); in contrast to which, the proposed system was called the Intensive Heating System (IHS).
The project proposes creation in the future of a joint production and service company. Realization of the product made by the company, which does not require fuel and heating materials (coal, gas, wood, etc.), stipulates at first production of a new type of heating equipment, and then replacement of the existing extensive heating system, EHS of towns and villages with the clean, safe, intensive heating system, IHS. Implementation of innovative technologies is important for today as they let us be free from the raw material-oriented republican economics.
In heat generators with Ranque-Hilsch vortex cavitation heating pipe the energy conversion efficiency was brought to 1.85, which is more than 1.5 (closer to 2), and the efficiency factor is more than 95%. Excluding all fuels from the heating system and water supply system will give 50-60% total saving of use of organic fuel including application and for production of electric energy. That will be the final result, i.e. the full replacement of EHS with IHS.

The project is executed over the program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Target development of the university science aimed to an innovative result” (13 000 thousand tenge for 2012).
