Theoretical and experimental research and development of technical documentation for new high-performance design of the belt loader with the loading device based on the speed bucket-free rotor of low discharge.
Scientific novelty and significance of the project is to eliminate manual loading of the material to the loader tape, as it is done at present. For this purpose, a fundamentally new operating device of continuous operation is offered as a loading device as well as other constructive solutions. The loading device is a rotor, outstanding feature of which is the lack of traditional buckets, its top-down turning relative to material, and its ability to work at high speeds. These features allow a 20-30% reduction of energy intensity of material loading; several times (2-4 times) increase of efficiency and elimination of manual loading. As a result such innovative design solution would allow creation of high-efficiency machines with self-loading of bulk materials having domestic priority, meant for mechanization of loading works in autonomous mode or as part of the continuous transport process.
Set of design documents for the new construction of a rotary belt loader and the innovative patent that allows transferring to prototyping, testing and completing its design with subsequent arranging of competitive domestic production at engineering plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The project is executed over the program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Target development of the university science aimed to an innovative result” (8 000 thousand tenge for 2012).
