To solve the problem of comfortable power supply of remote areas at renewable sources.
Relevance of the project is confirmed by the Law “On support of renewable energy sources”, the Law “On energy saving and increasing of energy efficiency”, State Program of Forced Industrial and Innovative Development of Kazakhstan. Objectives: to develop several types of mini-TPP at the biomass, combination of solar, wind, soil and biomass energy. Scientific novelty: to investigate the feasibility of use of Stirling engine and biomass for mini-TPP with capacity up to 50 kW. Combined and autonomous mini-TPP on renewable and relatively renewable sources with guaranteed properties are going to be studied and created for the first time ever.
Operated mini-TPP models, technical conditions necessary for commissioning. The total capacity of mini-TPP needed for power supply of remote consumers is 2000-3000 MW, which will reduce fossil fuel use by 4-5 million tons of equivalent fuel per year. Payback period of the combined mini-TPP is up to 7 years.

Housing and public utilities sector, household sector. Power supply to remote consumers using renewable and conditionally renewable sources.
For execution of the project 24 000 thousand tenge are required.
