According to the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Training load. General provisions” GOSO (State Obligatory Educational Standard) of the Republic of Kazakhstan 5.03.008-2009, Charter of the University, Internal Code of Conduct and the Standard Agreement for rendering of paid educational services
A student might be dismissed from the University for the Following Reasons:
1) of their own free will (honourable dismissal) (including transfer to another educational institution, for health purposes, for family reasons etc.);
2) for non-attendance of training sessions without good reasons;
3) for committing of a disciplinary action, systematical or crude violation of the training discipline, Charter of the institution, Internal Code of Conduct, violation of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) for violation of terms of the agreement for rendering of paid educational services (financial debt).For the honourable dismissal it is required to write an application (in due form) addressed to the Rector. The application shall be signed by the Deans of faculties, Director of the Front-office and, for approval by the Director of the institution and making of an order, shall be delivered to the department of registration and academic mobility.
For students trained on a contract basis, for loss of contact with the educational institution (i.e. non-attendance of training sessions with no good reasons), the agreement for rendering of paid educational services shall be deemed terminated from the date of submission of an application for dismissal by the student, or recommendation of the Dean of the faculty for dismissal of the student. Prior to this time, the student retains his contractual obligation to pay for the training and money is not going to be returned.
A student dismissed from the educational institution shall receive an academic record according to state standard, with the period of training and the list of completed training disciplines mentioned.
