ENU Public Reception: Vice-Rector for Digitalization Gulmira Bekmanova answered students’ questions

Vice-Rector for Digitalization Gulmira Bekmanova held an online meeting with students at the Public Reception Office of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

The main task of the Public Reception is to solve current issues and receive feedback from students, teachers and staff on improving the university’s activities.

During the live broadcast, participants asked questions about improving the educational process and got acquainted with the university’s new initiatives in the field of digital development.

In her speech, Gulmira Bekmanova emphasized the importance of introducing modern technologies into the educational process:

"Artificial intelligence is the pillar of innovative development and digital sovereignty of our country. Today, all universities are implementing artificial intelligence systems, and we are not staying away. Several AI services are already used on the Smart.enu platform and in the educational process. This year, it is planned to introduce analytical tools and an AI avatar system that automatically creates video lectures based on text. In addition, the Inclusive Guide project will be launched, designed for people with special educational needs," Vice-Rector said.

It should be noted that meetings in the Public Reception Office are held monthly on Wednesdays on a regular basis.
