ENU Public Reception: Students Receive Answers to Their Questions

The first Public Reception of the new academic year was held in a live Q&A format, with the participation of Lyazzat Tolegenkyzy, ENU Vice-Rector for Social and Infrastructure Development, as well as representatives of the Admissions Committee, student residences, the Psychological Support Centre, and the Student Social Support Centre.
Students received answers to questions concerning social support, infrastructure development, accommodation in student residences, and catering services.
“The main goal of the Public Reception is to establish open and direct dialogue with the university community. No question will be overlooked. We not only provide specific answers but also explore ways to resolve the issues raised. These meetings help us identify matters that are important to university life in a timely manner and make effective decisions. We will hold public receptions regularly and strengthen feedback mechanisms with students,” Vice-Rector noted.
According to Azamat Zhumatayev, Director of the Student Residence, accommodation is available for all students, and there is currently no waiting list for residence places.
Students also raised questions about catering services. During the live session, it was noted that meal prices have remained at the same level as last year. Set lunches are available to students.
The next Public Reception will take place on October 14, with Yerlan Sabitov, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
