L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University informs undergraduate students that they may apply for tuition fee discounts under the Regulations approved by the Management Board on 21 September 2026 (Minutes No. 23).
Discounts are granted for one academic year on the following grounds:
- children of veterans and other persons whose status is established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Veterans” - 15%;
- students from low-income families - 15%;
- students with grades no lower than “B” in the previous academic year and documented achievements in research, public, sports or creative activities - 20%;
- where two or more children from the same family study at ENU on a fee-paying basis at the same time, one student named in the family members’ joint application - 30%;
- children of ENU employees - 15%, 30% or 50%, depending on the employee’s continuous length of service at the University;
- students aged 18–23 who had the status of an orphan or a child without parental care before reaching adulthood, as well as students in this age group who have lost both parents or their only parent - 50%;
- students with a Group I or II disability - 50%; students with a Group III disability - 30%;
- students whose one or both parents have a disability - 15%.
The discount for high academic performance and achievements is available from the second year of study. Discounts on social grounds may be granted regardless of the student’s year of study.
If a student qualifies on several grounds, only the highest applicable discount is granted. If the funding required exceeds the approved amount, recipients will be selected according to the priority criteria set out in the Regulations.
Students must submit a new application within the established deadlines to receive a discount for the following academic year.
